3 determination principle of technical indicators

3.1 power factor

the performance of the whole machine shall be assessed by the electric pump. The electric pump motor is only a part of the electric pump, and its performance shall meet the requirements of the overall performance of the electric pump, which shall not be assessed separately without dismantling the machine; Power factor is an important parameter considered in the matching design of electric pump motor. Because it has been reflected in the overall efficiency of electric pump and motor temperature rise and other indicators, there is no need for separate assessment, and the standard does not specify the index of power factor

3.2 safety performance

during the formulation of the standard, in order to be in line with the international and domestic markets, the provisions on the safety performance of the electric pump directly refer to the clauses 10, 11, 13, 15, 16, 19, 22 and 27 in the standard (document [4]) and the standard (document [5]) to assess the load capacity, normal temperature rise, leakage current, electrical strength, tidal state, abnormal (locked rotor), abnormal (7h dry grinding), static pressure and grounding of the electric pump, Keep it basically consistent with the safety certification inspection of electric pump outlet

3.3 performance tolerance

3.5 efficiency

4 Conclusion

DB35/T l013.2010 vortex micro electric pump and other five local standards of electric pump in Fujian Province were approved and issued on June 7, 2010 and implemented on July 8, 2010. The determination of the five standard technical indicators is scientific and reasonable, in line with the standard making principles of advanced technology, economic rationality and practical feasibility, and reaches the leading level in China. It can be used as the technical basis for the production, sales, promotion and legal supervision of corresponding electric pump products in Fujian Province.
